Just got back from holiday to find a statement showing £100 credited to the account. Never spoke to anyone at any stage. Must have been one of the lucky ones. Might not pay for the holiday but every little helps! :j0

After writing 2 letters to Barclays and getting no reply to either, I made a quick call to Barclays customer services yeserday and the £100 appeared in my account today.

Couldn't one of the moderators combine them ?
I only just saw this thread whereas I am 'on alert' for the other one [watching because wife STILL not had her 100 quid whereas my account - which had the 10-day Email originally - was credited with £100 weeks ago!]Expect the worst & hope for the best...0 -
£100 credited last saturday, closure form filled in and dropped in the cheque deposit box in Barclays in Dartford - Damned if I'll use a stamp or queue up in their branch.

Am writing the polite complaint letter now.
Well, my complaint letter was ignored for a fortnight, so I did what I should have done in the first place and called the free 0500 007234 number. The person I spoke to was very apologetic and helpful, and my £100 was credited to my account about three hours after I got off the phone. So if you have met all the terms and conditions and your bonus payment is late I suggest giving the free telephone helpline a try.
