I just revisited by before and after pictures of my 'success story' on 'Lose Weight 18' - depressing and inspiring at the same time. I feel like I should be thin now, having been good for at least 3 days...!0

efrieze, don't beat ureself up, look how much u have lost since u had your baby!!!
Had a real bad few days here, DD has had problems with kidney infections for years, called NHS 24 last night, got told to go to hospital, after several hours of waiting, they took her blood pressure, offered her a pethedine injection which she refused as she has a thing for needles, and sent her home with 8 cocodamol. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Didn't even take a urine sample or examine her in anyway. So it was back to her GP today who is running further tests. I used to get kidney infections exactly the same way when i was her age, no outward signs with the urinary side, just extreme pain in the kidney region, so i know how the poor lass is feeling.
So due to that and lack of time, i've resorted to eating anything and everything when i got the chance. The usual under pressure, junk food galore :rolleyes:4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
Morning:Defrieze everything comes to those who waits;)
mazza more important is your daughter at the mo, sort that out and everything else will fall back into place;)

Efrieze ---- what mazza and Victory said! You know you can do it but you know it won't be instant. The benefit of being a recidivist (sp?) is that you know how good it will be when you succeed.
Mazza -- oh poor DD. Hope she feels better soon and that you can get to the cause of the problem.
Better go and run a school now0 -
the only thing my dad EVER put his foot down about was motorbikes in any shape or form - he was less so with my brother but just kept telling us that no matter who's fault it is a biker always comes out worse. even just a simple bump which leaves a car needing a new front wing can leave a biker with a leg missing below the knee - which is what happened to his mate. cheerful eh?
HAPPY BIRTHDAY VIX!!!!!!! the switch to radio two is looming! better do it soon or you'll miss the breakfast show with wogan entirely/0 -
Victory - we've been wanting a white board thing for our kitchen. Would you mind telling me where you got your one from?? Thanks!
KatiePoppyCat - I've got a copy of Wii Fitness Coach that I could send to you if you like? I never use it (didn't really get on with it). So if you want it, you can have it. Let me know...0 -
