BananaSplit - I a currently tucking into my favourite cold pasta lunch:
- 50gs pasta
- 6 cherry toms
- 50g feta
- 2 spring onions
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon
- 1 clove garlic, chopped

anyone had dealing with ebuyer? tele broke six months into warranty and non repairable they refuse to replace as the next one with same spec is £45 more and I will not pay it and so they are giving me the money back:rolleyes: surely they have to replace?0

Official weigh-in today says that I have lost 3lbs this week (not for the chart please - want to start properly today) and that my total weight loss is 14lbs to date. Journey starts officially now....0

well i cant really afford to join a slimming club at the min, i tend to grab quick foods as i dont have alot of time at the moment. i dont do alot if excercise, i have bout the fitness coach for the wii so i will be startin that tonight. i dont think i eat alot just not the healthyest of foods as im not a lover of many veg. if someone could give me some advice of a diet to follow that wud be great, if u need to know any more let me know.

SHOP STOCK up on all the good healthy stuff, does not have to be veg, but fruit veg low fat low cal low sugar drink plenty of fluids sugar free ones, get lots of exercise, have wholemeal breads/pasta/rices, cereals for breakfast with no added sugars, lean protein like turkey and chicken, cut down the carbs, cut down the puds and snacks and biscuits, crisps etc, look at WW website for help useful tips etc or many other ones google them and they all say the same:D0
