I have lost my loan agreement my bank have not got my oringanal copy what can i do?

  • i was trying to reclaim ppi. sent letter and £1.
    bank returned my £1 and said the could not find it.
    so now i cant reclaim my misold ppi .
    so i thought do i need to repay loan

    <sarc>No need to repay it. They will write it off, wipe any evidence that it even existed from history (a la 1984), and will pay you the entire loan amount as compensation for daring to sell you a loan.
    They will then make you a nice three course dinner and give you a foot massage. And thank you for it.

    Perhaps posting a cleared subject line and a bit more information about your situation would help people advise you better.

    From your original post it comes across as "i have a loan i cant be bothered to pay back, how can i worm my way out of it" hence why it gets peoples backs up.

    Create a post in the following forum : http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.html?f=169 but this time put more details about what it is you are trying to claim back etc.

    There is not one person on this forum who if was told 'dont worry about repaying back that loan you had il write it off ' would not say yes please!! stop being so nasty and be polite if not dont bother.
