Hush silly boy. "Do i need to pay" could be anything, and if you used the single brain cell you have left, that comment could mean anything. That is why as i have said a more mauture response would be to ask for more information. As i am sure you are aware an agreement could mean anything. In this case he lost his agreement but was specificaly refering to the PPI. Although as i have said he didn't mention that till afew posts after.

Would you like to carry on... i am sure you have better things to do.

When the OP posted the first post, it read as "I don't want to pay, do I need to?"
And I don't understand why you think "Do I need to pay" could mean anything. Any grasp of the English language would suggest that it meant that he didn't want to pay.

And if the OP can't be bothered to add enough information in the first place, why should they get a response guessing at what they might mean? If they don't want to give the information, they can't expect anything different. We don't know what they are thinking, so we give a response based on the info they give. It is that which resulted in the harsh replies because we had to guess that they wanted to worm their way out of paying.

Why should we have to ask for more information anyway? It's them that is looking for the help.

Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

I think you seem to have forgotten what he has said. He never meant he didn't want to pay, he was looking at claiming back on PPI:rolleyes:. By the way my grasp of the english language is very good thanks. As for him not being bothered to give all the information, then as i've said too many times now a post is all that is needed to ask for more info. If it's too much hassle for people to do that then why bother slagging him off for something he had no intention of...?.

You see, that's what is wrong with the muppets they interpret a post to mean one thing without actually trying to find out all the facts before they come out with the putdowns. Shows how mature and thought the have don't you think...?

So what your saying is that all threads should have a standard post#2 which says, more info please? No, you either give all the info in the first place, or you receive a reply based on what you give. Its very simple.

C'mon now Kermit. You being the head of the muppets on this site surely can come up with something more origional then that. I mean how many times have you used it..?. Go back to your hovel. Give it a few weeks of thinking, take your time, i wouldn't want you to overwork that half a brain cell you have left and see if you can come back with something more origional.
  • i must say im not impressed with a few of the postings on this page, they are just nasty and uncalled for.. whats wrong with helping people, ok, you might not agree with the question he asked, but as an OP stated, everyone comes from different backgrounds, and just because you know the answer perhaps he didnt.. hence the reason he is on a forum... so, stop being so nasty and be a little more helpful with your answers..

irnbruman, go to a loanshark and try asking them if you need to pay it back!

tho, if you do, they may see you as a credit risk and require breaking your legs in advance, so you may in fact get away with it.

    LOL.

Of course you should ask for more info. That way you don't make a fool of yourself. Do you not get that..?. It isn't a hard thing to do. Alot of people on here do it. Try it, you might come across as less of a dic*head.
