What a rude and immature thread come on people, the person was only asking a question and looking for help.
In reference to your question, incase you bother to come back after all the daft comments, I would contact check a local lawyer about where you stand on paying back a loan that neither parties have written and signed agreements on.0 -
To the OP-perhaps you could write to the bank explaining the situation and saying you would like to cancel the PPI on the loan.Not sure it would work but worth giving it a try.Failing which you could put in a formal complaint.Sometimes that may make the agreement materialise !0
