    Hi,

I thought I should say something positive to help all you mothers of 15 year old sons. Mine are now 22,20 and 19 and have all turned into quite charming human beings. Mine didn't do the puberty thing until they were in 6th form so I had the sweetest 15 year olds in town, before they turned into Kevins.
So, going by my calculations you have only two years at most before they all turn into charmers. Grit your teeth, believe me it doesn't last for ever, though at the time it seems like it will.
Those of you who were around last summer will remember how I left home for a week because I couldn't stand the bickering any longer.I didn't leave my husband, I left the boys!
They, all three, have been at home for two weeks now and have made me cups of tea, cleaned, cooked and been generally helpful without any strops or swear words being uttered.

To all of of you with sons whatever age, they are more loving and giving than girls, so take heart, it's just a blip on their behalf! My DS is 21, an absolute angel and I miss him dearly as he's stationed abroad as he's in the army. I have 2 daughters, will love then dearly till the day I die, but girls ARE more horrendous!! LOL There is less than a year between them they are now 18 and 19 and still hard work, one minute they are lovely next they are dragons, can't win whatever you do or say. I now just go with the flow.
Pigpen - always keep a diary of DH and refusing/not convenient for him to have kids, worked well for my sister in the past, I'll divulve more if you want
Toots- take it easy my love
Ladt L - thanks for all the presents you send on facebook - much appreciated, hope you ok my love

Have done zilch flying apart froms?s kitchen, bit hungover this morn, but had lovely time with DH
We've been out for lunch and gone to local pub and now sat in the sun at home with a beverage - yes you guessed it -alcohol!!
Have only skimmed posts - sorry folks, love and hugs to all that need them x

A quick dash in from me, where has the rest of this week gone??!?!?!?

Very busy at work and then again today we have had the usual swimming lessons this morning and then running round getting a few bits for Mum and Dad's Ruby party this evening.

I finally managed to get a flat white iced fruit cake from Mr T which my friend (a pastry chef) agreed to pipe the relevant wording on. Miss went down to help and together they made a red rose out of sugar paste and dusted the whole cake with red edible glitter :D

I just have to cook the garlic bread ready to take down and then get ready to go. Miss A wants me to wear a skirt or even a dress  :rotfl: That will mean I need to defuzz my legs!

Hugs all round, I have skimmed the thread but can't remember all I wanted to say so rather than miss anyone out you can all have one of these :grouphug: :p

Well done Fedup with all you have done this week!

Rach, hope you feel better soon and have a nice time with your friends later

I’m feeling much better thanks Lady Liberty, much more back to normal! I have a craving for meat tho which is a bit odd! I quite enjoyed feeling so giddy and have mostly slept off the dizzy and nauseous feeling. How are you doing?

Hi Indigo, sorry I can’t help with your queries but nice to have you along. Are you going to join in with us now? You did really well with all your cleaning today

We are having steak for dinner yummy! DH went to the Thursday market and got some. We can have a nice dinner and a relax in front of Robin Hood, it's been really good the last few weeks. I've enjoyed the new story line - it's much better than the normal one of the Sherrif or Prince John doing something awful and Robin getting all noble and worthy and rushing off to save someone

We have not so much been cleaning as decluttering on a major scale.

Hoping to do a car boot tomorrow and GET RID.;)

So many, many boxes and bags removed from the loft.

Been ruthless in the kitchen and removed the many, many pots, pans and cooking equipment that I never use.

Clothes, numerous bags at the ready.

Books, in a pile waiting a box.

Toys, bags, stuff, crapola, rubbish and sh!teola all gathered up.

Still need to get in the cupboard under the stairs and various other places.

If we don't sell it then it'll go to a charity shop on monday.;):D

    Hi Guys,
Hope you dont mind me joining you. I have been reading your posts over the weeks. I am currently off work as i have been quite ill since September 08. Im lucky as I have a lovely lady who is helping me with the heavy housework but still have to do loads of washing and ironing as have 4 kids - 18, 17, 15 & 13. I totally empathise with everyone who has issues cos Ive got them too!!!!!

I have to pace myself and so try to do a few bits everyday. I made a lovely cake for my dad today and another for my husband for fathers day. trying to save money big time at the moment. Tomorrow im going to dust and declutter my kids rooms (I know they should do it!!!!) and cook a nice dinner to celebrate Father's Day.
Hope you all have a restful evening.
    Molly
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
