    Evening gang.

I feel like i have been utterly rubbish today. I spent most of the day not even getting dressed. I did then force myself at 3pm to get some stuff done. I changed/washed the kids bedding, and washed the bath and bathroom sink, and brought any rubbish in there downstairs.

I keep thinking i should do loads on the days when the kids are at nursery, but i blink and then the next thing i know the day is gone with me moping and nothing is done again. I really need to sort myself out and stop the moping as i felt much better when i hadn't walked past something that needed doing again, and it didn't even take that long. I think i need to start writing myself a small list of what needs doing and then just blooming get on and do it. A lot of you have so much to do and you are getting it done, and i'm letting the side down.

    Right - for tomorrow:
    • put shopping DH bought away in toiletries cupboard
    • phone and change nurse's appointment
    • post old mobile phones off for recycling
    • write a shopping list for costco on friday
    • clean out the fridge
    • water all plants inside and outside

    Friday:
    • go to costco
    • put food shopping away
    • water all plants inside and outside
    • strip my bed/wash bedding
    • hoover mine and kids bedroom
    • sort through coat racks and take off any coats the kids have outgrown to put away/or will fit next year put in wardrobe

Starting small and hoping it will help. I'll write a much bigger list for the weekend for DH to do. ;)

Hugs to you all, a few of you sound fed up and down today. It will be sunny again tomorrow and it might make us feel better.

Vanilla - how't things now, you exhausted earlier? Sorry to hear DH isn't great at the moment, hope you get his script sorted out very soon.

Not too bad now just tired, hubby away so a bit of peace for now. Too be honest i could see him back in hospital soon, hopefully not but we'll see.

He's just taking the **ss right now, he went to watch football when Rhys was 2 weeks, he left at 1.30pm on saturday and didn't get back until 8.15am sunday morning. Because of him drinking the meds have been knocked off.

    Michelle big hugs hun.

Rhys is stirring so gonna get him feed and away to bed, then see if i get anything else done tonight.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Hope it goes OK Boddy - reading between the lines I think you've been having a tough time of late at work. Which is going to leave you with unpleasant memories when you do go, which is sad. ((hugs))

then I'm quitting and doing some study before Toots is after my blood.
If Ds can get a glowing report then so can you - get working!!!!:rotfl:
polly thanks for the link - I will try that - I think it was a veg crumble I had but i will try to find out.
SiannieLaz aw hun I am sorry you failed - I hope you can resit it. Dont be trying to carry forward everything - tomorrow start with the list for tomorrow and get it done and then if you feel up to a bit more do level 1 from the others days and build up to it - it wont be long until it comes around again - you will burn yourself up and be sick of it if you try to do it all.
jjef did you get your assignmenet finished ok?
lilysue just the basics is 'good enough' remember - you have to cope with whats going on at home - the dust will still be there.

I can feel myself getting more and more annoyed as I am asked to make food/drinks when I am the only one actually doing anything.....wonder how long before I boil over? Especially after the comments of 'well it's your job' today, I don't have enough hours in the day to do all the jobs I need to do if noone else does anything never mind study. **wanders off chuntering** while picking off the super glue she's just fastened her little finger to her hand with, doh!
Hope you have got 'unstuck'! I am so sorry to hear you are having a hard time with OH stil - and I could slap him for saying 'well its your job' - where does it say that - he needs some of soappie's remedy ( withholding pleasures!) - I hope you get things sorted out a bit better for you - dont mean to offend you honey!
Hugs for you too Vanilla - you are doing really well coping with everything so soon after having Rhys - no wonder you are worn out - slow down when you can
Penpen well done to you for stopping to help - not a lot of people would
DDb - thats the best way to deal with it - if they are getting to you then walk away - have the quiet time in your room - AND 12 bottles of fake tan!!!!! well done getting them de-cluttered.!!
what is it with this week - are all the hubbys/partners getting together and agreeing to give you all a bad time?
feefee, rosepink hope things get sorted out and its better tomorrow
huston Toxic is what I call someone who I thought was a real friend but turns out she wasnt and her 'friendship' has become 'toxic' - it has been a long going saga and I am too much of a wimp to tell her to bug off! I have her kindof uner control but yesterday she just really bugged me - I hadnt seen her properly for weeks so it was harder work.

The multi quote thing only seems to give me 3/4 posts - has anyone else found this - it is still helpful but not if like me you want to answer loads - ok I know SS supergirl - I need to cut down!!!

    back in a bit

I feel really mean having moaned about DH now as he's been lovely this evening. I did as much of dinner as I could but then felt really lousy and tearful and got into bed. When he came home he sat on the bed with me and had a lovely chat with me (this is extremely unusual but was very nice) and then he finished off dinner. He's been on his computer game ever since but I've quickly knicked the lappy to talk to you lot, better give it back now!

Dinner wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, altho I did have to keep picking out the [STRIKE]straw[/STRIKE] I mean lemon grass! I won't be using dried lemon grass again!

Sianne, sorry to hear about your exam

FFP, glad to hear that DS had such a good report!

Pigpen well done with your results, that’s amazing when you’ve been so poorly and everything else that’s been happening

Well done Penny for helping the drunk man not to get run over! Glad you found some money, perhaps the man wanted to repay you for your kindness! LOL!

Hugs Daydream, hope the family stop stressing you soon

Thanks for the conga Soappie! I will watch it later as we are watching Masterchef at the mo, but it greatly cheered me up that you found a conga for us all to watch! I’ve bookmarked the Benny Hill thing too Penny – I will watch them when I’m alone so that I can turn the music up load and grin like mad and DH won’t think I’m mad! (Or any madder than he thinks I am already!)

Hugs FeeFee and Carlsberrgal and Vanilla and Valli

Huston, hoovering four times a day is a bit much IMO, why don’t you get round here and do mine!

Mummyof5 did you leave the PC on within the reach of children? LOL!

Michelle, I know exactly what you mean, as I spend most of my time moping and in my pjs. But you are right, it does help to get something done, as you can look back on the day and be pleased that you’ve achieved something. Just try to do something as early in the day as you can, and then take it from there – if you don’t feel like doing much then at least you’ve already done something, and if being active and achieving something makes you feel like doing more, then that’s great! HTH

Better go and wash up now, groan

The only reason I got it done so quick was because I had to,was going to Toddler group at 11am (dont get back till 5pm usually ).

DD1 had a home visit with the midwife at 3.30pm,we are classed as overcrowded so dont want to give them any reason to think we cant cope or anything.

DD1 was really pleased as the midwife commented how clean and tidy it was to say I have a 2 year old.:j:j

Thats all thanks to this thread and you wonderful people, couldnt do it without you all.:A:A

PIGPEN.....have been meaning to say..WELL DONE on the Uni place and with such good marks too..also glad Hazel is feeling a little better...dont know what I would do if it was one of mine.

Flying....ermmmm...Everything tidy except for LO has his train set all over the LR floor, going to get him to bed now then will tidy up again.
