Ooooh Toots can you put me down for the Ironing Basket Challenge for an empty basket for New Years Eve.. And what's the dot to dot thingy that AnW'sMum is doing? It sounds quite interesting and maybe something I could do :)

Oooh just sitting here eating apple and apricot crumble, didn't think it would go together when I did it yesterday but actually they go quite well :D Looks like I will have to order some more apricots from the farm next week for my veg box. :D

Woah just had a monsoon outside, nothing like the smell of rain on a summers night. Jet got wet just now as he went out for his final wee, but the plants will get nicely watered in the rain :D

Toots she nearly killed me and that was just the hygenist!!!! Never been to one before - what a sadist, spitting blood all afternoon. Hope you ok darling xx I've had lovely lazy day with DH. Better still DD1 and boyfriend have stopped arguing xxx

I have trained my hygienist. She knows NOT to use the ultrasonic stuff but employ the old fashioned instruments instead and she's not to touch THAT tooth nor dig too deep. She's a Treasure.

Mrs Beatson I would highly recommend using the stardrops/white vinegar/water mix if you want to use this. I have ditched all my chemical sprays and only use this now. I was even converted to use white vinegar instead of fabric conditioner in my wash now, and since then I have started using only one tablet of washing powder with a cupful of soda crystals and bicarb of soda.

But I highly recommend the stardrops mix, it also makes a good stain remover on clothing before a was too.

I don't think that the tape solution will work for DD as although she's very slim, she's very 'curvy' on top! 32DD - very difficult to buy bras, let alone special dress ones - we think it may have to be one of those 'bodies' instead, like a flesh coloured swinsuit.

Tape definitely won't work... take it from one who knows :D That's what I usually am when I'm a 12-14 (I'm a bit bigger than that at the moment :o because I need to lose weight) and never go any lower, even when I hit 8-10. If you've got a decent size debenhams, they should stock a decent selection (Freya are good for narrow bodies with big boobs...). Otherwise, if you have time to drag her up to London it's worth trying Harvey Nicks, John Lewis, or even Rigby & Peller (a bit pricy, but anything in that kind of size is) to get a really good fit. Having said that, as all my bras are starting to fall apart, I got a perfectly decent one in M&S the other day (they do tend to stretch though, so don't last as long).

Toots - you're supposed to be taking it easy

Natty - good to see you - not sure I'm comfortable with the on-topic post at a weekend though :p

Pigpen - you know Triker's right...

Shopping done, unhealthy meal eaten (prawn crackers, pitta bread and taramasalata, cheesecake & wine) as I'm too tired after a day out shopping to get my act together. I do, however, have healthy food in stock now for the rest of the week.

Think I might retire to bed with my book... see you all tomorrow sometime...

I've said before go see a solicitor, you cannot fix this on your own, you'll be amazed what people do when they think someone 'official' knows whats going on.

And the CSA. Told ya you're being punished for loads of stuff........you know what I'm talking about.

You cannot be reasonable with someone who refuses to be reasonable with you or more importantly the children.

Your decision but sometimes you have to force someones hand. Bottom line is if he doesn't want to do the right thing re the kids, the house/mortgage, etc then he won't unless the forces that be are called into play.

Its not fair, but then life isn't.

I'm not sorry for being blunt, you were funny about going to the docs, suffered loads of pain, for a long time, and then.....you HAD to go to the docs because even you were sinking fast.

Cut out the middle bit, stop suffering and seek some legal advice.

    Sent with love. xx

Piggers - what she said ^^^^^^

And with love from me too xx

Excellent natty - you have been added to the list!

AnW'sMum's dot2dot method is very good - she says ( and i dont believe here BTW) that she has done zilch housework for a long time so she picks a spot and guts it, cleans it and then the idea is to keep it tidy and clean and move onto another spot - eventually joining them up like dot 2 dot! Great idea if you feel overwhelmed by a particular room (or she says her whole house) and dont know where to start or dont have the time to do it all at once. Hope that makes sense.

Ok will have to love you and leave you all.
sleep well and see you in the morning

    Hugs to everyone

Receipt drawer and statements all sorted - what a boring job.

No library cards in that drawer though.

Serena - all 3 of my boys never shut up, other Mum's phone me to get the low down on stuff cause they know mine will have told. I often get accused of interrogating mine cause I ask lots of questions but I want lots of answers and they are always willing to reply. Ball by ball replays of golf, football and cricket matches are way too much though.

Triker - great words to Pigpen

I'm chilly tonight, off to bed in a minute, sleep tight everyone.
