I do try to be happy

Oh, I do feel for you. Whatever happens, have faith in yourself. You tell yourself that you are wonderful and anyone who disagrees can go jump.
Good luck - remember your happiness is inside trying to get out, not outside trying to get in.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

you see everyone I was right even my now ex partner is not happy with me.
I dont think I can trust anyone again0 -
I don't think you are right at all! You are feeling hurt and upset and it seems like the world it against you, but you are only talking about a very small proportion of people and now it seems worse as the one person you thought you could rely on has let you down.
You still have friends you can rely on and turn to, don't forget that you can trust them too! And you will trust a man again, it just has to be the right man (as is the case for lots of us out there!) and time really is the greatest healer.
Take positive action to do something for yourself - find support groups that are relevant to you (via your GP if necessary), start a new hobby or find an interesting course to take. Push yourself to step outside your box and you will not look back - you just need the right support and to find your inner confidence, then you'll start to recover and move on.
Don't give in to the darkness, the world is waiting for you to show it what you can do, x0 -
Pocketrocket, hun how are you doing? Just quickly popping in to see if you are doing OK and hopefully you have had a better week, x0

Hi MadMac
Im feeling ok thats because im at home but on the whole alot better than I was last week, then I remember what happened with my partner and my world has this horrible cold feeling that I cant shift.
I have told him I need a couple of weeks to think things through and he has been nothing but very sorry and emotional about it all, I cant help the way I feel and to be honest it doesnt look good because I cant get what he did out of my head and this breaks my heart.0 -
dont forget you have a lovely daughter who will love you for who you are.
are you on medication at the moment? if not have you thought of going to see your gp?'We're not here for a long time, we're here for a good time0 -
Hi I dont have any children. I have been on medication before for bereavement many years ago but find they dont help me for some reason.0

Have you managed to sit down with your partner and talk things out yet? It must feel like everything is really festering now, so I hope at least on that score you can have a bit of closure. Why can partners sometimes be so useless in times of trouble?!
I would still say take a trip to see your GP - medication and other types of help have moved on enormously and you might just be surprised. It is at least worth making the effort for, hun x0 -
You are better than all these people, they're only picking on you to fill up their own sad empty lives. If you want to change the way you look you should do it only for you and not because of these bullies. If people are so shallow to only see someone for what they look like rather than what is inside then they are not worth knowing. Keep your chin up, put your 2 fingers up to them (maybe not literally), and be proud that you are a better person than them0

Pocketrocket, hope you are doing OK and managed that chat face to face at some point?
Do come back and chat if or when you feel like it. Thinking of you, x0
