My brother has kindly offered to take me out over the weekend to buy a few things as late christmas gifts and take me out for a meal

Have therefore treated my credit card to another 15 off the balance ! I have decided a few smaller payments throughout the month is better to curb any spending on daft things I may do during the sales.

Another £25 paid to credit card down to £225 balance. Only £125 to go to make my target for this month.

Also going to challenge my home insurance company. Im going to try to get the policy cheaper and also explain that as a valued customer I would like the £50 a year for renewing with them... See how that goes

Well the policy thing didnt go as planned, got it a tiny tiny bit cheaper and a extra something or other thrown into my policy but no £50 for renewing.
