  • I seen a few people talking about another persons diary and I was a little bit curious to say the least. 4k of debt and buying uggs !?

I pride myself on being quite open minded and non-judgemental but I found myself thinking that the person is a bit daft. They claim to want help and have received loads from various people and appears to be blatantly ignoring it.

So it made me think about you DFW people. I would like to again thank all the people who have given me suggestions and ideas over the last 6/7 months because the advice you guys have given me and the moral support is amazing. I am glad MOST people on this board appreciate the help offered to them.

    Rant over.

In other news, I only have a total of 675 on my overdraft and credit card now :) This time last year it was 3300 ! Hopefully by the end of the month itll be alot less. I have extra shifts booked for this month too and still a good few days to fit more into ! I am hoping to book at least another 3 shifts, this would mean I could meet the targets I set for myself last week without having to scrimp too much.
  • Paid another £25 to my credit card - only £100 more to go to meet my target :) £650 on my overdraft and credit card today.

    Aim: 85% LTV (£212,500)
    Paid £1,500
    Target remaining: 88.89%
  • No uggs !? There was me debating on if I should get 1 or 2 pairs ! ;)

I would like to get my hair done next month though, but im not going to book an appointment til I reach my goal.
  • I am so happy :D I got a phone call from an old friend, who happens to be a very hot guy and Im going to see him (not the purpose of the trip!) in May. Such a small thing, a phone call, but its just made my week because we usually just text and I havent seen him in so long.

That has really boosted my mood and Im really keen to get more debt busting done :)
  • Another £20 paid to credit card
  • 1 more shift booked, 2/3 more and Ill be happy for this month.
  • Letter rec'ed today regarding my boiler repair plan (well worth the money as I rarely go more than 3 months without something going wrong with the thing!). The price was going to be £21.50 a month and its now going to be £19 a month, not a huge saving but Id rather have the £2.50 than the company, also thats me saved £30 over the year.
  • For the first time I am putting a couple of things on ebay to sell. I havent done it before will see how it goes...
