  • Nearly 30 hours extra picked up for next month for job 1 and only 1 shift booked for job 2. Im hoping that I will get more for job 2 though because I still have to save money for my trip in April.
  • Payday :j

Paid another £30 to credit card - balance was £310 at the beginning of the month - currently £150. Quite pleased with that but I think ill stick to making 1 or 2 payments a month instead of lots of smaller ones.

Will pay the double glazing tomorrow, with an overpayment of around £30.

Got to pay for gas and electric at the end of Feb aswell, not expecting this to be cheap due to the cold weather

Not reduced my overdraft yet but will get to the bank during next week hopefully. :T
  • Well done! Looks like the debt is coming down quickly!! Bet it's great to feel so in control of it all! Reckon you'll be rid of that credit card by the end of the month at this rate!!
    Debt Free since 2012
    Current Savings £1,400
    Current Mortgage £143,398.27
  • Thank you :) I hope so, I cant wait to put a 0 beside overdraft and credit card in my signature.

Ill be 25 by the time I pay off everything (bar the mortgage - unless I come into money from the money fairy...) and I suppose its a good thing I have learnt my lesson with money :o
  • Paid another £25 to credit card, balance is now £125 :)
  • Another £25 down on credit card and I made my target for that this month :)

Paid £25 to credit card... I thought that making smaller payments wasnt working for me but while the money is there I should be making more payments to my debt.
