Next sale?

i was at work so my poor mum spent 2 1/2hrs trying to do my order. my slot was 6:30pm. she couldnt get through to checkout. i phoned when i finished work bout 9:30 and and they guy took my order over the phone. its been a nightmare this year. some stuff was out of stock but most of still in stock. though the converse boots i wanted to get dd were out of stock but i cant complain. im lucky to have got an order through

My slot was 8 - 9pm but the site was down the whole time. Got through to the VIP helpline at 8.30pm but all they said was that it would be back up in 10mins & to try them, asked if I could place my order over the phone but she said no. Got on to the site just after 9pm but it wouldn't take my order as I'd missed my slot. Very, very frustrating!

Kept ringing the usual customer service number then (08448448000) & after 3 attempts got through to a lady who was happy to take my order, only one item out of stock. Was a bit horrified when she told me the total of my order but I tell myself that I won't kept it all, lol!

Its never been like this in a vip sale before - im sure ppl must have hacked in!!!

my slot isnt till tomorrowevening and i just checked my list and most of it is already out of stock - mostly bedding

Yep total order came to £80.95 inc delivery and I ordered loads. She said they were having a mare with the internet side.

Ive got a total brass neck so thought id try and they didnt say anything when they checked my account

Finally got through after 25mins nice lady took my order (£613) almost everything i wanted in stock

arrghh, spent a hour trying to get my order thru (my slot was 9-10) & it got all the way to confirming delivery day & then it wouldn't go any further, now my basket is empty & can't place an order, can't get thru on phones. I'm am not a happy bunny. Are we sure it's not Martin trying to stop us spending money (joking!!)

I would hang up & keep hitting redial, got frustrated myself after being on hold for an age but got through almost immediately to someone after just 3 attempts. If I hear that coldplay tune ever again it will be too soon!

I second that! I better never hear that cold play tune again! I'm glad i got my order in as it sounds like there was a total balls up this time with servers.
