Keep trying!:j Can you put them on ringback if they are busy so it rings your fone when a free line becomes available?

Have been trying to log on to preview since 8pm. Just spent 45 mins on phone, spoke to tech servs dept (via normal customer service dept). They say their server has not coped as well as they thought it would!!!! If I had item nos he would have taken my order over the phone. But seeing as I hadn't even had chance to preview..........! If my slot ends before I can log on (which is highly likely) I can still log on to preview when the problem is fixed and then place my order over the phone (they make a note on your account). Thing is, will there be anything left by the time I can log on?!! How v v v v v fustrating.
