    Yes so do I especially those who got a VIP slot for the very first time as I can't remember the site ever crashing before.:confused:

    Yes me too. The Next sale is always very popular whenever it is! Lets hope they get the server up and running soon guys:j but keep trying the fone lines too. I would hate to be working for next at the min!:eek:

    Just got through on the phone and they told me they couldn't take order on the phone it could only be done by cs but there is a tech prob with transfering calls so call back later :mad:

    iv decided no matter how expensive an item is im better off buying it at full price before sale than take all this frustration!!!!

    If you key 'Next' into google & then don't go on the first main page but go on one of the options it gives you get on the site. I tried the 'going out' bit & it worked. Might be worth a try as you're trying to get on it from a different route. Sorry there must be some techy term for that lol:D

    I tried this last Winter sale. They took my order then I asked the total and nearly fell off my chair! They could tell I didn't have a slot and I was really embarrassed! I won't try that again.

    I managed to get my order in early before all the problems. Hope they sort it out soon for you all waiting to log on.
