Seems as though the whole site is down again, got the sorry message on screen at the mo', I'm still trying to cpmplete my 7pm order - a complete knightmare!

I think it's probably to do with the fact that they have allowed upgraded people and allowed them to shop until midnight. Instead of people just being on for a maximum of an hour it means that there will be loads of people shopping at the same time and i guess that their servers can't handle that much traffic. I always thought that the reason they did the VIP slots in the first place was to space the orders out so that the site didn't get bogged down with everyone logging on at once.

saw talk on another site about trying to find a way to get in before the sale started like last year from techy types.. missed out on everything I was after then so glad it didnt seem to happen earlier?

I had a 9.30-10.30 slot and am now on completing order page.
If your using the quick order page, add your 10 items, (you'll probably get the blue spinning arrow) click add to bag and then click basket/checkout at top right and it should update your basket a lot quicker. Just click quick order again to repeat process.

Even though I'm still waiting for the next complete order to refresh, I've checked my email and the order confirmation is there. Horray:j

three and a half hours, couldnt get to the checkout stage and its now bag is emptied what a shambles yet again

Finally completed my order. Made it through on the phone and ordered the sofa bed that I wanted, but ordered the rest online. Quite glad to have sorted it all.

aww i feel so bad for all the people who did not get their orders done :-(

i did wonder when they said after my order just after 6pm that i had unlimited access for rest of day how it would affect later slots

It's stupid how stressed it makes you hey! I am only just completing my order from 7pm, I am shattered, thank goodness for a great hubbie who has been keeping me stocked up wiv tea & treats!
