I've finally managed to log in through the google route. I'm trying to add one thing to by basket and its stuck on the adding to basket screen, how long has it taken other people to update?

i can't get through on the phone lines - it just says try again later!

Keep trying with the phones, I just called the 0845 844 8000, was put through straight away. Had to wait 20 mins but placed my order (I had a 2130 slot) so not as bad as I'd feared. The guy I spoke to usually works in the courier dept. It's been such chaos with the internet there it's all hands on deck to man the phones!!

well still can't even get on the website and Im not even going to bother holding on the phone. I'll see what happens tomorrow and if they offer new slots to those who couldn't get on, if not i'll just see whats on offer on sat, would have been nice to get a few bits but its Next who's loosing out with all those potential orders that couldn't be placed.

It took me ages to update! if things would'nt go in basket i tried other stuff & went back , some things i put in basket then pressed checkout & it said do you want to put stuff in basket & it went in! then continued shopping well after slot had finished good luck!

had flippin 10pm slot. damn thing wont let me add to basket!!! phonelines have crashed too!!!
