Has Next changed anyone else 'payment due' date?

Mine has always been 25th, so i just logged into my account to make a payment, and its saying my due date is 20th, so im obviously late now - would be the one month, where i have a huge balance

No change in date with me for payment. I was a day or two latre couple months back and phoned. Was told there is usually couple days grace but maybe phone just to check - I would have pleaded my case at that time if need be but wasn't necessary.

I received three more things today (no despatch email).Really does seem things are coming still in dribs and drabs. Nothing is urgent as such but have several options of a few things so just holding onto them till all here then deciding and returning. Returned bath mat on Friday that I had had since first week after sale...no questions asked.

I think the despatch email is hit or miss - sometimes I have recieved the items but not had a email.I also notice I have had a email telling me my returns have been recieved.

Ive never had a despatch email for any of my normal or sale orders and I order loads

still just waiting on 2 kids outfits though thinking they won't be coming now.

Had the same thing happen at Christmas time but was more annoyed as I'd actually paid at the time of ordering and they took all the money but didn't send the goods!

MY only problem is that I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, planning to try on and send 2 pairs back but because they all arrived in dribs and drabs I'd gone over the time limit and ended up having to keep all 3 (yes I really HAD to!! )

i was contacted 2-3 weeks ago to arrange delivery of the tv i had ordered- which was scheduled for tomorrow. i picked up a voicemail message yesterday to contact them- not to confirm the delivery as I thought it would be, but it was to cancel it and my order!!! :mad:

Over the last few days i've received 3 things (wow!!) so i've still got a little bit of hope that other stuff might come...

anyone still waiting for items from the sale ? i still have about 4 outstanding items that were only on a 2-3 week delay !!!
also had all my items 1 at a time - v annoying !!

Yes still awaiting a Zebra towel for my little girl she is desperate for it, as her Scooby Doo Crocs wont be coming now either, thanks for reminding me will call them now

Daisy - yep, i'm still waiting! prob have about 15 things left still to get? and they are all stuff that were on the shorter waiting time!!
