    Just got back from my shift, they confirmed the sale will be on the 26th of september.
    All sale items will be discounted by atleast 50%

    Excellent! I have a £20 voucher from a complaint I made to them (I had earwigs in my Next cataloge when it was delivered :eek:) and £5 from a survey site, so I've been waiting for a sale to start :T

  • God help us when we launch the winter sale in Boxing Day this year

    Mid Season will be rather a torrid affair. Not a lot at all going into the sales, most of the stock will be longstocks from the July MSS and the rest of the summer wear that was selling slightly too well to dump into Summer

    Don't know if anyone can help. I had a few items that were ordered in the Next VIP sale in July 09. When i got the confirmation email the price was showing as full cost so i called Next and they said don't worry we'll adjust it when your statement comes through. Spoke to Next twice since then and they said sorry i'll adjust it for you. Still not done, now when i speak to CS they say items were never in the sale as they are now in winter brochure and i'll have to pay full price!!
    Has anyone had similar problem and been able to sort it? I know there were lots of problems with the internet over the VIP sale. Any advice/help is much appreciated.

    exactly i'm still waiting on 3 items, plus moving house. it took 3 emails to find out how to get around that one. including one that said sometimes you never get the items and next will eventually send you a letter!!!!

  • I am waiting on some shorts, summer is now over :-(

    What I don't understand is almost every other site allows you to view orders, cancel them and if they aren't in stock you are emailed every xx weeks.

    The website may have flash graphics, video etc..but for customer features it's severly lacking.

    Also in sales they often get page numbers wrong, dont display the correct pic. Shame they cant just offer a seperate link to the item.

    Hmm I think the rant is over now..

    Oh I got sent a letter 6 months+ after I ordered items from the christmas sale to say they were available and I could pick them up from the local store.

    I had picked them up over 6 months ago!! doh.

    they let you view statements online now so think they are gradually coming in the twenty first century with their site

    The statements are only for those items that are charged for as have been delivered I believe.

    So you can't see what's outstanding.
