Memo's have gone into stores removing the previous demand for 10 day returns due to unforseeable delays of stock movement during the sale (there being no stock to move being the problem )

Expect a new wave of attitude to returns including a mooted new return policy for directory items which will either be a huge hit or an utter disaster

Called CS, all my stuff (i'd say about 25 items) are still on a delay :-( it's so frustrating!!! why bother advertising the stuff if the chances of getting it are next to nothing??!

I wouldn't expect too much movement over this week.

It was the company stock count last night (and ongoing this week) so the warehouse operatives and instore staff are thinly thinly stretched

Out of the blue (no despatch email) got a Nike tracksuit for my daughter - one of things really wanting so pleasently surprised. On other hand, something emailed last week to say had despatched, hasn't turned up - not bothered by what it is but will have to phone and say of course.

Dont want to ask about other things as dont want to KNOW they aren't coming!

I rang CS today still 2 items outstanding more than a month after ordered, 1 item was supposed to have been despatched about 3 wks ago, where did that go ?

The other item they are still waiting on, i told them how gutted my 3 yr old will be as were Scooby Doo Crocs and a Zebra towel, Sebras are her favourite.

Little dissapointing really

Is there any way of getting out of the directory charge? Can you cancel the directory but still keep your account to use online?

You can, just email/phone and ask. I did just that. At first I was afraid I wouldn't get vip sale invites, but I got one again this time, so happy days!

Yes i didn't want directory anymore as hardly looked in it and its very clumping to leaver lying around so cancelled getting directory but still have an account and get VIP slots occasionally.

So just ring CS to get it stopped

I'm still waiting for sale stuff. When i rang CS a few days ago I was told stuff could come this week. I'd ordered wellies for a festival & school shoes but I've had to go out & buy them in case they don't arrive in time.

Had my last item today :j
Everything I ordered actually turned up, though branded kids things like Nike, Adidas seemed to be the delayed things. I've now got 6 pairs of size 3 trainers for the boys, only expecting to be able to get 1 if I was lucky and the price was too good to send back :rolleyes:
