When I called the other day to enquire about my order, the lady told me she couldn't tell me if any had been dispatched - she said that when you order from the sale you're told delivery will be within 7-10 days and that is all they can tell you. I didn't really believe her though as other people have been told orders have been dispatched!

I've received all of my in stock items and about 3rd of 3-4dys stuff (ordered VIP on Thursday am. Quite alot still to arrive on 3-4dys delivery so beginning to wonder about that....and as for stuff on 2-4 weeks who knows.

Have people always been getting despatch emails? Haven't in previous sales but did on second batch of stuff delivered earlier in week. Nothing since.

I did not recieve any emails - normally I do.The sale items have just turned up.

I've only had dispatch emails for things that were originally on delay. Things that were in stock when I ordered have just turned up unannounced.

someone may have asked this ive not had chance to catch up since I last poster but WHY do they have something on the little dispatch note you have inside the parcels but then also include a leaflet which says the marked item is delayed, then point a big red arrow to a certain item??

ALSO this happened to me, HOWEVER the shoes were not in the bag but NOT MARKED as a delayed item on the dispatch note BUT there was a leaflet saying the marked delayed item would arrive as soon as possible (nothing else was missing) what do you suggest I do as they just said "oh it will prob turn up when I first rung!

oh plus at the store when I mentioned it she said to log in to my account to track my orders, I said I didnt think there was this facility and she said there was as she is tracking a dress she ordered online I figured it must be a new feature but I have just checked and the function is not there, what the heck is she on about


Oh and the courier came on Tues lunch (so he says) I was in bed (was on nights) but when I got up there was no card left. Anyway I went to work about 7.45pm he turns up again OH wasnt able to open the door as he lost his front door key and only has the back one....which he couldnt find at that min as he was trying to put DS to bed who was in his bedroom crying his eyes out so OH had to say "look I can't open the door I can't find my key and Im trying to put my son to bed, can you leave it in the round the back and ill get it in 10 mins" to which he replied "well no actually I cant, I need a signature, I already came today and no one was in and ive made all this effort to come back and now you wont open the door, I have no idea if or when I can bring it back" :eek: so My Oh just said "well you didnt leave a card saying you had been today and I cant do anything about the fact I cant leave the door key right now, and no offence but we didnt ask you to come back tonight it was your choice to do that and to be fair it is you job" so he said "well there is no need to be funny....ill try and come back next wed!" then he just put a card through saying "WedNext" in some rather unledgible writing.

I was :eek::eek: when OH told me, I mean fair enough it needed a signature (its prob the TV that I dont want now anyway lol) but for him to say it was our fault we didnt answer at lunch time (ALOT of people work in the day anyway) and then to complain becuase he had made a special journey!! Oh well he gonna go mental on Wed when NEITHER of us are in as we are both at work though, if he had given OH a min or asked when I was in in the day he could of told him Thurs Fri this week OR next week so that he didnt have to make another waisted journey

Just had an email to say my last few 3-4 days items (which were ordered last weds) have been dispatched!! But I've already had alot of my 7- 10 day & some 2-4 week stuff !!
