I was told its because they were waiting on returns last year but this year was told theyre waiting on new stock. But tbh the first sounds more realistic as the end of sale stock is too sell off their old stock so surely they wouldnt order more in

Today I received all of the items in my order which were due to be delivered within 7-10 days. Strangely though I haven't got any of the items which were due to be delivered within 3-4 days! does this seem "normal"?!!

I totally agree. I have had emails saying the 3-4 days have been despatched but they have not arrived. Only 7-10 days. wonder if there are 3 warehouses.

I ordered quite a few bits on my vip slot on Friday, it said 3-4 days but no signs yet, I was just wondering do you always get a despatch email?

:rolleyes: I often find the goodies arrive before the despatch email is sent!! Out of interest I ordered quite a lot of stuff for me and the family in the VIP sale, most of it was 5-10 day delay and some was even 2-4 weeks...but I've received the final item today! Happy days! (Sorry if you are one of those desperately waiting on something though )

Oh dear...I looked at last post and thought "I don't remember posting that!". Then realised the spelling differences in our name, that'll teach me to read properly!:o

Back to topic, I ordered things on Thursday morning and have received everything that was showing as in stock and have had an email to say items that were 3-4 days have now been dispatched. Nothing about any items that were 2-4 weeks though, which are the sleepsuits that I had ordered for my baby girl. If I really wanted though I could always go onto ebay and buy from the people who obviously ordered a load of them just to sell on there (at a higher price of course) :mad:

I have now recieved all of my 3-5 day stuff and all of my 7-10 day stuff. Just waiting on all of my 2-4 week stuff!

Hmmm...I'm wondering then with most people getting their items already if I should maybe give next a call tomorrow? Or am I better off just sitting tight? After all, I did only order on friday
