    You met Garincha.

    Wow - how come?

I met him when I was small boy in 1966, my dad took us to the Hotel where Brazil were staying (every night icon7.gif) and he would come outside and play football with us kids and sign autographs and give us badges, he was really kind. Others used to come outside as well, Santos (the captain) Edu and Da Silva. I think they played at your place, they stayed at The Lymn hotel.

A great, great shout. I think Holland were all part timers when he started at Ajax in the 60's.
I was heart-broken when they lost against Germany in 1974.

He'd be 2nd on my list ahead of Pele, as he changed the way the game was played.

Oh I forgot, I think they beat Liverpool 5-1 when they were part-timers icon7.gif A lot of floor cleaner jokes going around at the time.

Paisleys record is clearly better as it was over 9 years.:D

I guess Guardiola should pack up and resign now.
He'll go down as the greatest ever manager with 100% Champions League success, better than any other manager on the planet

Bob Paisly I make that better without even adding the runners up bits:)

3 champions league wins in 4 years :)

That's all bo110x. You should see my record on Football Manager with Everton. Consecutive Premier League, FA cup and Champs League winners 3 years on the bounce.

I believe Rangers are the most successful UK club ever, 56 titles, 33 SFA Cups, and 25 League Cups, plus 1 ECWC is probably the best in the world!
