Todays not going to plan, I wanted to be out early this morning for the 3m run as the weather here is awful and getting worse by the minute but I have had to leave OH in bed as we had a really bad night with my youngest.

Well done Hannah, glad you enjoyed your run!

I went out this morning leaving dh with the hangover from hell ha ha, my legs felt tired despite a day off yesterday but I pushed on I need to get some mileage in this week as my dh is away from Friday and also no parents over the weekend as they are going on holiday. So no childminders unless any of you lovely people fancy watching them for an hour, they are lovely and very quiet! ;-)

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

In other news i headed over to Whitley bay for some sunny running today and did 7.9 miles in 1:21. Mostly off road with quite a few ups and downs. Along the beach, up the steps wall (why use the steps when the wall is wide enough wink_smiley.gif) along the cliff tops then through some woods before heading back through Whitley bay and back to the start and the cafe. HR seemed rather high at times and despite a fair bit of stop start due to stiles, waitin for others and walking up the odd hill it averaged 76%. Peaked at erm 92% allegedly. Not entirely convinced that one is accurate, espcially as i could wring the sweat out of my top.

Shamelessly cut and paste from another site to avoid retyping things ;)

I have no idea how fast i'll manage my 10k tomorrow, under 60 mins i hope. Ideally under 55 and if things feel good faster than my PB but i doubt thats happening.

Just working out my LSR.... and it seems I only have time to fit in one more 1 x 20m..

   ....

    3 x 10 ( One race - two taper )
    1 x 13.1
    3 x 16
    1 x 20
    1 x 22

Just not enough sundays in the year.. and that dont include any GNR or RP i might sneek into ..

if i did GNR then wont have time for anymore 20's.. if i did RP would just have to suffer then fact it would be between my 22m and 10m race...

maybe i just dident get places for a reason.
