Dont know - do you need them at this time of year??
I know they are expensive - I've never used one - my dark running in the winter is in the park and i wear black on purpose so no one can see me and make a target

Dont need them for this time of year its really the mornings are a bit dull and will only get duller!!
I will be running on country roads with no footpaths or street lights so will need something!!
I am raging because last January when I had been to lazy to start running I seen a running light for 50p in lifestyle and was going to buy a couple of them but didnt

I picked up a high viz bib from Sweatshop online EC; they've got all sorts on there including ones with attachable lights if you want to be a bit snazzy. They start from a fiver.

Yep by 310 yards and it didnt feel as bad because i ignored the time and listened to my body. I am aching a little bit today though. I am already into the most milage done in a week and i have one run left!

Aching wise you'll have a nice rest over the weekend, but if you feel you need an odd extra rest day here or there then just do it - I'm having one today because my calves are sore
