Well done Rich, but it's such a shame (and presumably embarrassing for the DWP) that you had to go to the point of involving your MP just to get something sorted out that should have been correct in the first place.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

I just got home from looking for work to find that despite an appeal and sending evidence to support our claim that we used last years so called profits to live on and have eraned nothing since march his year...they have again refused us JSA as we apparently are living on 200 quid a week.
and the bank didnt pay our standing order for our ground rent (we live in a park home) as there was not enough money in the account.
We have asked for an appeal form, and i have emailed my MP again, but i am absolutely devastatede..we have no work, no income and as self employed are not entitiled to JSA of ANY sort!!
What the hell do we do now????
It was my birthday...my 53rd...yesterday...my OH had no money to buy me a present. we hoped that maybe the JC would come through with the £700 since may 11th...and now this.
I am at my wits end0
