For now could you please leave your router on as much as possible? Normally it really shouldn't matter however because you're experiencing disconnections it would be helpful for me if you could please leave it on.
I want to watch your stats and see if/when disconnections are occuring and it's impossible for me to tell a disconnection from a router being switched off.

I have a quick question about Madasafish phone packages?
Firstly, I have been using Madasafish Broadband since 2006 and am very pleased with the services that you provide.
I was reading a recent article where BT is planning to raise their rates for anyone paying with cash or cheque and I am naturally disappointed. This is an attempt to get more people paying with Direct Debit and I don't want that. I don't trust Direct Debit and try to avoid it!
