Hi Deefadog,
Here are the answers:
1) I have been a brand new customer with BT for about 1 month - what is my sticky time with them?
I'm not certain, but I believe that as a brand new customer with BT you have a 3 month contractual obligation - but please check this with BT.
2) What time do the evening calls start and finish?
"Evening" is 6PM to 8AM.
3) I see there is a Promotion or Referral code for this as well, what is the referal amount to each?
We haven't got a promotional or referral scheme in place for the Talk services yet.
4) What are the mobile rates days and evenings?
Network Daytime Evening Weekend
3 Mobile - 21p 15p 3.9p
BT Mobile - 14.7p 12.05p 6.64p
O2 - 10p 10p 5p
Opal Mobile - 15.51p 8.46p 7.52p
Orange - 12p 8p 7p
T-Mobile/Virgin Mobile - 13p 7p 6.9p
Vodafone - 13p 6p 4.5p
5) Is it a standard 1 year contract and if so do you have a price frozen promise for at least that length?
Our Talk package is a rolling monthly contract.
Kind regards,

I have an internet account with madasafish...I was on holiday for a couple of weeks in September and my flat mate really abused the 20gig cap- going up to nearer 40gig by the end of the month. With the penalty per extra gig used, my bill has been invoiced at nearer £60...obviously this is not practical for every month. I notice on the account information thatIf you're always going over the inclusive usage amount it may be time to upgrade your account to either MAX Plus which has 20GB of usage included or MAX Premier which has 50GB of usage included. Full details of these packages are available on our website, https://www.madasafish.com.
However there is no information about this MAX Premier on the website?? Does anyone know how much it is per month?0 -

use primus for unlimited free off peak calls
I took a look at the primus website, and under rates, none of the packages listed gives off-peak free calls. Am I missing something?0 -
Have just read reviews on this site of PlusNet.
Back to madasafish vs. primus
For madasafish, can you get £15 cashback via the Quidco/ Simply Switch route AND put in the £1 monthly discount code from MSE?0 -

You need the saver option 2 package:

No - either £15 via quidco/simply switch or £1 via CHEAPER code when you apply direct using the MAAF website.
(That CHEAPER discount is nothing to do with MSE - anyone can get it - it's advertised over the web by MAAF)0 -
Samara,
I signed up to madasafish around 1 month ago. My download speeds are only about 50kbpm!
What can I do to get them up?0 -
Hi Samara, I am looking to sign up with a broadband supplier today.
I would like your 8mb service.
Please can you tell me whether you offer minimum speed guarantees on this service, as while I understand it's not always possible to get 8mb, I would not like to be locked into paying 8mb fees for a year at the speed daniel mentions above.
I understand there could be initial problems getting up to speed, but after that, do you guarantee a minimum speed on the 8mb service?0
