Hi there, I was just wondering if there would be any possible way to get a 9 month contract instead of a 12 month contract as I will only be living in my house for that lamount of time.
Cheers0 -
Hi Mr Monkey,
I'm afraid that we only do 12 month contracts - however our cancellation policy is really flexible.
If you're able to migrate into our services (not from an LLU provider) and you provide your own hardware the cancellation fee is £25.
If you're a new provision or you've migrated in from an LLU provider the cancellation cost is £55 + the cost of any free hardware taken.
Alternatively if a remainder of contract policy is less expensive to you than our flat cancellation fee, we can do a remainder of contract. So for example if you've only got two months left on your contract, you could simply pay for those two months of service.
Kind regards,

Hi, I know this is probably a very silly question, but could someone please let me know if Madasafish works with AppleMacs. Thinking of getting this broadband and as my daughter has an AppleMac laptop and I was just wondering if it was compatible because we have had problems with other things not working properly.
Thanks for any help.0 -
Hi Toronto,
In addition to the link that Espresso posted - for further assurance, I personally use a Mac G4 OSX with our services and I've never had any trouble!
Kind regards,

No, still the same. Connected it downstairs and the speed is still 0.13. Very very slow.
What happens now?

Hi Hubballi,
When you connect from the master socket any changes to the speeds will take three days to go into effect. If it's been there for three days and you've still not seen any improvement, please PM me and we'll go further into troubleshooting.
Kind regards,
