My download speed increased to 3400 within 12 hrs and both synch and that remain constant now. SNR is 12db, it was 14db when the router was switched on again. Do you remember asking if I wanted BT to set this to 6db? (post no. 1344) Are they able to try this now and see what happens?

I currently have my phone line and broadband with madasafish and I am quite happy with them. However, I would like to switch to BT Broadband so we can get BT Vision. Can we keep our phoneline with madasafish when we change to BT broadband, and I don't suppose MASAF have any plans to offer the Vision box now that they are part of BT.

At this time we are not offering BT vision - however you can still keep your phoneline with Madasafish, even if you take BT Broadband.

Just swapped to Sky Broadband and thought people might be interested in the change in my line statistics on my 'upto 8mb' line.

Connection speed: Sky 6560kbps, Madasafish 4640kbps.
Noise margin downstream: Sky 6.6, Madasafish 13.
Line Attenuation for both: 33 downstream, 17 upstream.

These figures were taken within 15 minutes of one another.

We have tried and tried to get them to give us a UK "ordinary" number (no-one likes using their 0844 numbers), but they refuse point blank.

Your best bet is to pm Madasafish Customer Care - at least MSE members get the chance to contact them directly with problems - and we know that Samara (who usually answers pms to MCC) is UK based.

There is no customer service number for the UK..trust me i been calling them constistanly for over a day...they will tell you if you wish to make contact with Madasafish in the Uk you have to write or send a fax.
