Anyone with BT for Broadband?

I've been with BT Broadband for over 2 years and on the whole I have been very impressed. Yes, they're pretty expensive(we pay £26.99 for 20GB) but you do get your money's worth in my opinion. The only 2 times I have ever called their customer service turned out to be computer problems, rather than BT Broadband problems, but they were pretty helpful. Just this week they rang us to tell us we were infected with a pretty nasty virus where somebody was using our connection to send out junk E-Mails. They then E-Mailed us very detailed instructions and links to software to get rid of the virus. I knew most of it, but still I thought that was a nice touch. I'm not sure how many ISP's would go so far as to ring you to let you know then give you detailed instructions on how to get rid of it. I've never had any connection problems either - they are very reliable and if you do sign up you shouldn't have any problems whatsoever.0
