    These guys:
    http://www.idnet.net/

They are relatively new to home broadband, but have been doing corporate networking for years. There's a comparison chart here of how they perform against the big guns:
    http://www.adslguide.org/isps/compare.asp?aol=ON&bt=ON&idnet=ON&tiscali=ON&freeserve=ON&zen=ON&cmp_action=Compare

They have a 0800 number you can use for support.

Have a look at Martin's article here as the Madasafish offer closes on Friday and someone from their support team keeps an eye on MSE so help is at hand.

We have had BT broadband for a couple of years and no problems at all. I hate the cost (option 3/20GB monthly), but with a gaming PC and 2 laptops + 3 teenagers it probably isn't bad value for money!

I'm with BT broadband.. they are good and reliable.. but I wouldn't recommend them.. they charge too much and won't give you your monthly usage figures.

You don't have to have their wireless router though. Get the free modem ( well £5 if you consider the p&P) or if you' re confident that your current modem will work, don't bother. I wasn't prepared to take the risk so went for the £5 option.

Would you consider getting one from ebay and just opt for the BB without modem with MAAF or indeed anyone?
I bought a netgear medem router a couple of months back ( not ebay and can't remember how much but probably more than £80 if I count the extra laptop adaper as well)
