Well, well, got my cheque today (27th June)!! Only taken 8 years to work up to it ! At least I didn't have to fight for it.0

Prize draws = nobody getting paid.0

Like others on here, I've been stuck at £41.40 for the past couple of years after being on this panel since 2009. I couldn't find how to redeem it or what the level to redeem was. Emailed them some time ago and got the standard answer everyone else has had.
Last night I noticed the survey was offering £1.80 payment. There was no way of logging into my account after I'd done it or from the email so but when I finally found the link and logged in to check my balance it now says BALANCE EXPIRED and has started again at zero!
Consumer Voice is a complete rip-off and their surveys are tedious - every single one lately has been about charities and contact permission statements - so I won't be doing any more.0 -
Hi everyone,
fast.Map have sent us this message to post on their behalf. Please note, the opinions of third parties are not those of MSE.
. In fast.MAP’s terms and conditions (http://www.fastmap.com/ConsumerVoice_T&Cs.txt ), once your account reaches £45 it is available to claim for 3 months. After 3 months has passed without a claim your account balance expires and your account resets. Unless you contact them directly it is not possible to understand if you had reached this threshold, or could have reached it if you had completed all the surveys. In a very small number of cases fast.MAP may consider awarding payment if any unforeseeable circumstances have occurred which have prevented you from claiming.

I have been doing these surveys for some time and had amassed a "credit" of approx £45. They then mysteriously reduced it to zero without telling me saying it had expired. I will be ceasing any further connection with this lot.0

I know that I'm near £45 or have even reached it now. Unfortunately I've been trying to log in to my account for a week now but unable to do so as the link I always use, https://www.ccbfastmap.com/ConsumerVoice/login.aspx?mode=logout, says there is a problem with the sites security certificate.
Anyone else having this problem? I really don't want to lose the money I've earned with this site as, like everyone else, it really has taken years to earn. I've only stayed with them as when I started receiving the charity donation surveys over the paying ones my account was over £30 and I don't want to lose money that I have rightfully earned.
Thanks in advance0 -
Following some simple correspondence they reiterated their terms and conditions (detailed above in this chain) but have paid out my balance as a gesture of good will.0

Reached the threshold and claimed last week, the cheque arrived yesterday so no complaints here.0

My balance has also apparently expired, its taken me since 2008 to build it up and no-one told me it could just disappear. I'm absolutely furious.0
