YouGov is the same, it stopped sending me notifications after about £40 but at least I could logon and view available surveys.

I have had no trouble with youguv. I get regular surveys and have passed the £50 mark several time and received the money.

I have been with Consumer Voice since 2008. I have only just reached a total of £25. If I am lucky I might get paid by about 2018!!

Was anyone a member of Consumer Voice, which was run by CCB Fastmap ?
They have a web site which I am not allowed to post apparently.

I do consumer research questionnaires for a number of companies on the Internet. Mostly, they are very frustrating, you spend 20 minutes giving them all your opinions and then they reject you. Grr. But eventually the rewards add up and I make about £200 a year, usually in Argos or HMV vouchers.

But, Consumer Voice sent me monthly questionnaires and pay by cheque, but not until you reach £50. After 18 months, I had amassed £43... and they stopped sending me questionnaires. They won't reply to e.mails any more either. Looks like a rip-off ? Anyone in a similar situation with them. ?

I'm glad I've read this thread - just had my 2nd survey from them (couldn't remember signing up to them, but did the survey as it said £1.80 would be added to 'my account.')
The survey, as with their previous ones, was quite straightforward, almost enjoyable, although they had a word spelt wrong so I felt they might be not so professional, and their T&C's is on a very basic page, so much so that I wondered if it was a scam - but then I saw their very professional website designed for their paying clients.
But, like someone on this thread said - they treat them well, but not us.
I tried to log in to see this so-called account of mine, trying the various passwords I use online - none worked - so I entered my e-mail address (the same one they send the e-mails/surveys to me with), and a red message came up saying something like - 'impossible to send password reminder.'
In other words, I don't really have *an account* with them - like someone said, they must have got my/our e-mail details from somewhere else.
    Definitely going to unsubscribe.

What I really started this post for was to ask - isn't there a regulatory agency that we could complain to - as there is for other things?
It's like time and labour for nothing - in other words - a scam!!!
I wonder if they have ever paid, anyone, anytime in their history!

So that works out at just over two pence a day over the four plus years.

Strange that now, being near to having enough money to cash out, I am getting surveys just to enter his prize draw instead of actual money, I emailed and asked why and he said that some are draws and some are for money. Funny though that a friend and I got the same survey, mine for an entry into the prize draw and hers for money (she is on about a £10 balance)

Still makes me cross that we can't do anything to get our money

I got to about £40 with this bunch & then noticed that all the surveys were for prizes instead of cash. Fortunately, I had 2 'friends' who signed up under me, completed the requisite 2 surveys, waited until I got the £5 sign up bonuses & then never completed another survey since.
These 'friends' do keep being pestered to do more surveys by this bunch but fortunately I am able to advise them (incredibly quickly, nudge nudge wink wink).
I must say that ccb-fastmap did not like having to pay out, taking about 3 months before I finally got the cheque, but it did cash.

However, I (and my 'friends') do NOT recommend this site, at all.

I too have been with them for over 5 years, still get the odd paid survey but am still only on £34.20. But today I received an e-mail saying I had won £250 for doing one of their surveys. Shall wait and see if I ever receive it.

Received the cheque today, so it would appear that this site isn't a complete scam, just don't hold your breath to get to the £45 mark.

Their fast.MAP site states that they are a member of DMA, which directs complaints to the Direct Marketing Commission.

Don't know if it will do any good but I have just done this & suggest that others do the same - dmcommission.com/make-a-complaint/complaints-form.

Over 7 years membership & no paid invites since 2009 when I reached the dizzy heights of just over £40! Emailed company & got much the same condescending reply as the others. Time to crank things up a notch!
