It's quite warm here Skinty, in spite of the rain- but i love soup and it fills them up cheaply. I have some dried stuff i can use as well- i have a hankering for chick peas now, and pea soup.

I forgot to add, that DS had a letter from the Digital switchover people. Basically because of her disabilities she was entitled for £40 for a freeview digi box and aerial shifting and whatnot-full installation.

I thought it was a pretty good deal for the amount of work involved. If we had needed a full aerial they would have replaced that too.

The elderly can get the same help too and the box is good quality. I know you can Sky in, but this is no subscription and they carry out all the work- worth a thought if anyone needs help.

an example of what im up against for the next 12 days

she shuffles off to do the pots at 7-30,,,,cant leave those dirty things their she says,,,,,,,,,,10 min later whilst trying to bath baby and get him to bed she has me emptying the dustbin cus is smells,,,and oh showing her where the ,wash liq,sponge is kept....where to recycle,,,and cling film grapefruit she done for them two for the morning
then she spots sos in fridge,,,,,,oh YOU can cook them for your dad in the am to go with his bacon

then she starts asking questions about the TD and councilor,,,,the letter was in my box at the computor

its going to be a long 12 days ,,,,,ive took the auto pass word off this site incase she logs in.....and cant post on my dairy in case she stand behind my shoulder and reads it

I get that as well with nosey folks.:mad: Put a password on your computer and not one that they will guess.So when she logs in she will not get access to your settings. We all do that now- teenagers want their privacy etc and i can get mine ( if i get access to computer when they are on hols:mad:)
