  • Well very little to add, except that 0% transfer was a bit mucked up- they have over paid one and not paid another..bother but all sorted. I have now paid and closed down three little cards that were niggling me ( Mr.B's) So he can't get any more of those out-this was on top of the transfer. Will sort out transfer later.

I mentioned car loan was now down.:j Should be able to clear this by March.

The joint bank loan is also now below £4000 which is a relief and the overdraft will be gone-barring emergencies in January so that will be a total of £6000 wiped off the debt balance in January..i wish i could manage the over draft before.:o That will release at least £40 a month in overdraft charges.

We will then have another £75 a month to play with as DD's college bus pass will have been paid for. This is going into a fund for savings after Jan.

So should release a total of £150 of outgoings...when car loan has gone then that should make the £400 i was looking for:j I will add the £19 sky bill on that because i have told them no pay no way....:D

Woo hoo sounds as though things are finally coming together for you Bob! I am guessing that Mr Bob will not be able to get any more cards for a while so once they are cleared you are just working on the car loan?

    Good progress Bob!

If we are so flippin clever at managing our debts and paying them off....we should all be rich beyond our wildest dreams when we are finally debt-free.

My debt total drops by approx £1350 ( after Mortgage Interest ) each month. Will they take a £10 deposit on a Ferrari for delivery in 2016?

    Believe......:D
