    dont blame the technology,,,,blame the !!!!!! heads who have never worked at a bank job,,,,but are asked by someone at the bank who hasn't worked at the front line for centuries ,,,to write a program for them:rolleyes:

    You are loads cleverer than me and I'm old that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it..lol.
    Shaun..sorry missed your post before...I agree that a lot of bank staff are the same.
    It still upsets me about Halifax as I was a very good customer for a lot of years before they did that..ahh well...

    I blame myself on this one Shaun- i missed a vital digit out and i didn't read the instructions- Mea Culpa :o

    But the bank should have a better system in place for recall- you can bet they would recall their money quick enough if they wanted too:cool::rotfl:

    Don't get me started on aching...my knees ,back ,hips and neck are really aching....
    I even resorted to buying cod liver oil the other day...to see if it helps ...some people swear by it..we'll see.
    I need to sleep soon as I'm meant to be getting up at 6am for work.
