cheers KP i did get rather damp-well my shoes did but my waterproofs kept everything else dry.

Im rather annoyed as we were issed a parking ticket yesterday when we parked on the road in front of our house (dont have a drive/garage so nowhere else to park) however they were cleaning the gulleys and put notices up for everyone to move it but we forgot, im so annoyed with ourselves but also i feel our area is being penalised for not having a drive so we have to move the car on these cleaning days and if you dont you get penalised £35 for it humph!

that's doesn't sound fair really but then if there's something i've learnt it's that life is far from fair.
It's been torential here but thankfully i did my 'sprints' to the car during the dry periods.

    Hi cocalls.
sorry i've not said hello for a while, don't know where the time is going, really busy at work but at least we finish on Tue for 6 weeks:j.
On the money front i need to get my a**e into gear as i'm totally over spending and overeating, need to lose weight for holiday and increase savings. Think i need to start a new diary.

Oh yeah little confession i've booked a holiday for next Aug to get the free child place and am now in debt by £1700, so when i get back from this holiday need to save like mad to pay for it.

Think i need to start a new diary.

oopps miemie i wondered where you'd gone to-dont worry you can use this 6 weeks off to do some serious Ms stuff. How old are your kids are they old enough to sell buns door or door or wash cars?? No matter you can start them off young!:p
Hope your card was a 0% one-I've decide when i get rid of this cc debt i'll cancel it and be down to just one cc and never use it except for absolute emergencies, and actually save for stuff instead (as advised by Hypno) Ive got 4 savings accounts set up now so we'll see how we go-next holidays we may actually pay for it out of our savings! we'll see.........

Big health and exercise drive starts today as my hols are on the 8th aug and i need to loose some weight before then-OH leaves for his cycling trip tomorrow which will help me as i wont be tempted by the snacks he gets in.
