Well after Super-Stress week at work - I'm glad it's Friday, my day off! I'm taking my Mum out shopping (hopefully she'll be the only one spending ).

Awww thanks so much mac and Green and everyone else! Yeah had a fab day today though I didn't do really get a lot done! :rotfl: Despite everything there was a big fuss made and I turned in to a beetroot. You know though, that sadly it's just pure jealousy that causes such bitterness. It takes balls to move jobs in these climes, and not everyone has them.

I too have had a majorly stressful week, mind-games and politics galore!! It's a worrying time, but at the end of the day - it's just a job - not life or death

Yes, I'm fine thanks Danko. Had a good day yesterday, when I realised that they value me more than I'd thought
My workload had more than doubled in the past year (salary has not of course :rolleyes:), but I did ask for it. Now I've asked for help and got that too - so all's well.
I just want to climb the ladder, but don't like all the b*llocks that goes with it.....

Aww Andy, so sorry to hear about some bloody bitter nobs, it ain't on. Just ignore them. You're moving on to bigger and better things as part of your career development. Just concentrate on the good stuff I had the same but with the whole 'well teaching ain't all that secure blah blah' - screw them! I could sound really Motley Crue but I won't :rotfl:

Enjoy the last couple of weeks and you're holiday and focus on the future! Bevoirs this evening! :beer:

Hope so for the fab weather! Think the plans to go camping for a few days to Snowdon or somewhere Wales way so hope for some sunshine!

Just focus on the good stuff! Hope they since sense and offer you lots more money for your additional responsibilities. Normally, if given extra work, they should review your salary after a 6 or 12 month perid - raise it!

Hope you're enjoying your well deserved vino. I feel a bit pished and I'm only on my 2nd glass! :rotfl: But saying that, they are rather large glasses... :rotfl:

Back from holiday.
What an awful journey getting back.
Anyway, I've read a little of this thread to catch up.
I am now totally petrified of Macgirl :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

So, my PAD for today is just 21p

Please note that this is two digits and contains no decimal points.;) .

Due to the holiday, my debt has temporarily increased - though I won't be filling in the exact amounts until I get the bills. It will probably end up meaning that my debt has remained static for a month by the time all the adding and subtracting gets done over the next couple of weeks.
At least I have come back to nearly a thousand pounds worth of cheques on my doormat so I can start sorting it out once they have cleared.

I like a laugh on here but I don't take my debts lightly. So much so that I will be back on the work treadmill at about 7.30 Saturday morning.

Glad to note that SueP got something sorted out about the bully at work.

Great news about the cheques you came home to, that will please Macgirl if they are included in your PADs :rotfl: shes not to be messed with!
I dont envy you being at work tomorrow that early - even though i will probably be awake as OH is at work and always wakes me up!!
