Mac my pad today is another £12.00!

Danko I've changed my weigh in day to a sat, this is just because I want to eat ice cream and junk food on a sat night!! So my weigh in today surprised me as I'm **1lb** lighter than I was on mon!

Hi hun!! Things have been a nightmare here! I've discovered last night and being suspicious for a while, that OH's depression stems from a gambling addiction. His big bad boss isn't quite so bad after all. OH has told me a lot of lies. I'm not sure how things will end up. He is resigned to the settee at the mo. He needs to do a lot to prove he wants to be part of the family.

Financially he has left me in dire straits BUT lady luck has shone down. A cheque arrived yesterday for his PPI. OH's given it all to me (i've done all the work for it!). I'm disappointed as he is not working now so i will have to use some for general living but will use a little for debt too. It gives me a bit of breathing space for a while.

On the completely up side. My baby is growing well. He is a busy bee who kicks me most of the day and night! I think he may have ADHD Pregnancy always makes me feel chilled out which has been a life saver this last few weeks. I'm very excited about the arrival of my little boy. No.1 son has been affected by what OH has done but has been a star. So i have so much to fight for and be grateful for :smileyhea

Jo - your dedication to PaD is sterling. You're very motivating :T Thank you for the drink too

Thanks for the love DT He went for counselling yesterday and then came home drunk wanting to talk I've told him we will have a 'chat' tonight when LO in bed. One of his problems is that he doesn't talk but he's gonna have to learn! He'll have to get help otherwise that's it for me. Life's too short to be worrying and miserable all the time.

Is the sun still shining in Spain? I'll check your thread to see how the villa doing up is going

You have a lot on your plate, but you sound strong - I admire your positivity.
The good thing is at least you are talking about things - you'll both get there.

A bigger payment for me today mac, sorry it ain't much but part of it's knocking off the interest on one CC and the other's just round down the numbers. So 32.24 GBP for me please!

Sorry to hear things are complicated at the Hopeful household. Big dodgy hugs for you :grouphug: Hope your OH can find the strength to talk about it and get some help. It'd help you lots too and baby bump as it's often emotional things can be real hard going but rewarding when all comes right Chin up hun and you know we're here

Great news on the PPI cheque though Just goes to show if you keep at it, it all comes through in the end! I've been telling some people in work about it and they couldn't believe it so they've signed up to the PPI reclaim challenge.

So how long do you have left before your beautiful little boy/ bump arrives?? How exciting! And LO must be so giddy bless him!
