I am sooooooo p*ss*d off. Its my own fault, I did a very MSE thingy and exchanged my expensive BT/Orange Broadband for a package. Well I did a silly thing and didn't read the bottom of the letter...............1st dd on the 25/7 followed by 12th of every month.....................yup you guesssed it missed the one for today, so this mornin I saw it and shoved £40 in to the bank from its attatched saver, instant transfer, PHEW

Er NO :eek::eek::eek: the bstrdsssssssss have charged me a £25 account review fee :mad::mad::mad:
Now if it had been reviewed by a bod, they would have seen I had put money into it to cover it, so me thinks that its a compie automated charge!!! and we all know the ombudsman thinks a £25 charge is excessive .....................just getting steamed thinking about it.............................I HATE AUGUST, its a really bad month for me (DS died 20 years ago yesterday) So roll on september................on the good side am off work next week :j:j:j:j teddies here I come

Congratultions!! I remember the amazing feeling when I passed my test but my dad had taken his car back to trade it in & his new one wasn't getting delivered for 3weeks so instead of going out driving, I got wasted!!

No he never got it sorted, they're going to 'investigate' but he doesn't think he'll see any of it!

I'm not going to put this in my pad total as I'm not going to count it as going towards debt but 2nd pad for me of £137.78 to keep Mac sweet!

Hello all, :j and to whoever described this as a 'wee thread' I can confirm thatr it is not a 'wee thread' it is an incredibly long thread expecially when you have been away for a few days!

Congratulations to everybody on babies, jobs, weightlosses, driving tests, and off course all those pads that have been made

No pad for me today but I will do a bit of a budget review tomorrow - I have not been very MSE as we went to more of the attractions then we had planned to down in London, and then had a night out drinking cocktails in the West End with a few friends that I went to uni with - £8 a drink :eek: seemed like such a good idea to have those bellinis at the time... But I don't see them often so it was nice to get dressed up and have a sparkly night out! :A

Weightloss wise, I am feeling rather chunky as have been eating on the go and on the cheap so I have probably put on this week - I'm definitely going to get back on the wagon though from tomorrow, I'm getting strict with myself again!

Erm some of my PADs have bounced back to my current account !!!!!

Bum . . . I think I'm going to have to try this another way . . .

So today is 6p to my singing tin of wonders & I now plan to do one Credit Card Pad a week that can be divided by the 7 days . . . LOL . . .

You have to do this funky thing with a chip & pin machine to do bill payments via Co-Op Internet banking . . . It appears that if there is a payment still pending via chip & pin and you do it the other way it goes into the ether and then back to its source . . . LOL
