    Hi Angelic

Can you put your hand on your heart and say you have not gone over your WW points each day/week?????????? :D

If you can, then I suggest there is something you are eating that does not agree with your body. Let me know if you aren't cheating and I will let you have a list of things you can eat for 2 weeks to stabilize your blood sugar

    Hi Sue,

I've cut waaay down on my portion size, got the scales out to measure rice and pasta so I know how many points it is! There's been days where I'm not reaching my points limit.

There's been the odd day where I've had a twix ice cream or a handful of tangfastics (yummy!) and one day a couple of weeks ago that I got a chinese but not been eating late at night, I'm drininking loads of water

Tomtombeanie I'm trying not to get too hung up on counting the cals but when I done WW before the weight just fell off! I never counted points, only had my 3 healthy meals a day but I used to cycle the 3mile round trip to work and go out on my bike quite alot and spend 45mins in the gym 3-4 times a week so I was getting loads more exercise. I'm finding it hard to even leave the house just now as I usually only get a hour between feeds. When DD goes to bed at 7.30 I could go to the gym but it closes at 8!

Maybe Silaqui has the right idea...I should get a DVD aswel!

    Hi everyone

Sorry to go over old ground but can someone give me some general info about this PAD stuff and how you all go about it. Have had a quick browse but the link to the Part 1 original post isn't working. I love the idea of getting nearer and nearer to being debt free on a daily basis......I've got a series of excel spreadsheets with all my finances on that I use in many different ways and I love being able to see exactly how things are improving and where I am going with it all.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Katy,

A huuuuge padderino welcome to you!!

There's a couple of different ways you can do your pad...rounding up/down your bank account everyday is one way. You can put your loose change in a sealed pot and when it's full you can put it towards a credit card or something your trying to pay off. Some people count their min payments but I don't because it's something you have to pay as opposed to something extra your paying...if you see what I mean!

    Hi Katy

There's no hard fast rules for PaDding.

Some people pick one debt to focus on at a time. Others make additional payments to a few things at a time.

People might make a daily payment online or one off at the end of the month.

Some people save change in a jar on a daily basis and count that as a PaD. Others wait til they've counted it all and used it as a payment.

Some people count regular payments on top of additional PaDs, others don't.

Some people count savings as PaDs too.

Each month someone volunteers to count up the daily payments. To make it easy to see your PaD, put your total payment in bold / colour.

I think that pretty much covers it! Any more questions, just shout. It's a lovely thread to be on. Good luck with your journey.

ETA sorry, didn't see Angelic had already posted, the phone rang when i was half way through my post!!

Thanks all. Will start the mission on Monday! Although I do most of those things already but it makes it easier if you can discuss it with other people! :)

Check out my thread on using Spreadsheet to Manage Accounts, this may be of use to some of you :)
