I've got 3 of her DVD's though not that one - and while she is a little annoying they are the best exercise vids I've tried. At least she looks like she's working out and unlike other celebs who do vids, she hasn't put the weight back on a week later :rotfl:

Haven't done one in ages though - really must get my !!!! off the couch - she says drinking red wine on the couch :rotfl:

I know when I first bought the dvd I did it for an hour and the next day I could hardly move!!! :p

  • Evening,

PaD for me of £6.25 please DT.

I daren't even get on the scales at the moment - I was doing really well but have eaten lots and haven't being doing nearly enough exercise for that past 2 weeks. Really must get to grips and not scoff so much rubbish. I do have a really nice pair of shorts that are just a teeny bit tight so I think I'm going to aim to fit into them properly in a few weeks.

Lol yes - totally, the superbody weights workout with extra legs almost finished me off! Can't do it if I've got work the next day as I can't carry equipment - it hurts too much :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
  • Ooo someone recommended a Davina DVD to me, but I cant remember which one! :o

    Morning All,

Terri he was sent back to the base in England where he's just about to graduate from training so he can 'rise above the rest' because the medics there wanted to keep an eye on him. He's only 16 so they were keeping under him under close supervision!

Ahhhhhhh i get it now ! ..... am pleased to hear that he's ok ... and that they that they are keeping an eye on him :T...

    :D
On a slightly more depressing note, I have PADed over £2k since just after Xmas and I still have over £5.5k of debt!:mad::o

Blo*dy hell sarah .... You should be really pleased with yourself ..... £2000 since Christmas is a really great achievement ... Well done :T

I've just ordered Davina McCalls High Energy 5 DVD for those days when I really can't [STRIKE]be arsed to go[/STRIKE] get to the gym, I've done the routine before and it's pretty good even tho Davina annoys the hell out of me usually. FAL is the person to ask, she's lost loads! :T

Unfortunately i haven't been very motivated for the last month or so .... so i haven't really lost any weight for a while .... am dreading weighing myself in Boots tomorrow because i know i've put on weight this week :( ....

Talking of the gym - I am actually rather annoyed  with them at the mionute and want to complain but I'm not sure if it'll come across as a bit selfish and petty - advice please? The special olympics are being held at my gym next week and as such all the facilities are closed (gym and swimming pool) and all classes are cancelled before 7pm every day. Now call me mardy but I pay £22.50 a month for unlimited access - would it look bad on me to ask for a weeks worth of money back? It'll be packed after 7 what with everyone trying to get in, and know it's only a 5er but thats a decent pad! What do you all think? Should I just put up and shut up?

I think it's well worth speaking to the gym , afterall you are paying for unlimited access .... So they should really offer to " make ammends " ( sp ? ) ...

    xx
Hi all....im back again rather sheepishly! having made good progress with my debts with a payment a day I stopped posting and therefore stopped paying!! my dd no 2 was born 10 months ago and it was just before the birth that I stopped posting. I have reviewed my sig and although some debts have decreased my next bill is totally out of control!!! this is going to be my first target. Im also thinking I should cancel the account to prevent further spending.I hope you dont mind that I have rejoined ...payday tomorrow so will start then as I have £0.00 in my bank today!!well done everyone on your progress x
Hi again hellowave.gif, Welcome back to the madhouse ! ... Glad to see that you are back on the " straight and narrow " again ! ....

Hi guys! Can I join you? I'm getting myself back on the wagon and have set up electronic transfers to all my CC's on my online banking and my plan is to send at least £1 to each creditor every day (5 creditors) and more if I can afford it. We'll see how I go!

Hi mbaz hellowave.gif Welcome to the madhouse ! ... Good luck with your payment a day , either small or large it's surprising how quickly it all adds up .... Everybody is really great on here , which really helps to keep you motivated ...
