Hello everyone - just to say that I tried to install the newer version of adobe reader (unistallered Ad8 as you all know it never worked for me and Windows sent an erro report saying the problem could not be solved:confused: so I had to ask some kind soul to e-mail me pdf's) in the hope that all would be well but no I tried to get the Summer Spirits 50p pdf but the download was blurry across the header and no picture/coupon etc so I tried installing Ad R 9.1 and it started to install and got to 93.3% and stuck and then got a message that Adobe Dowload Manager had been sent to my computer to get a shortcut but it still sticks at 93.3% download with the same silly message that a shortcut has been sent to my computer.
So I went into add/remove programmes to delete Ad D/load Manager and try to install again - I live in hope:rotfl::rotfl: but when I click to remove it will not budge, I have tried it several times but it is stuck there - any advice please as i am really fed up that I cannot get pdf's and am running very low on coupons:eek:
    Thanks

I tried to get on to southern comfort site for freebies as per gill377 and also the nivea dnagefor the £2 but both sites say sorry you must have adobe flash player so I dowloaded adobe fl dr 10 from one site and there it is on my computer but the sites still tell me that I do not have it installed - could it be because I have not got adobe reader, do I need both because it does not mention that I have to have that as well:confused:
It seems as if all adobe will not work on my computer and I am on firefox but did revert to IE just to try that out but neither works:confused: any advice please, thanks

use ccleaner to uninstall it, and use firefox, then search for adobe add-on for firefox and install that...the link is somewhere further up this thread...will look for you when I get a chance, since I know you are time-limited on the PC:beer::beer:

    edit:-
    add-on is on this page:beer:

    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:7

I am sure that I am jinxed, I went away for a break and just this minute came back on the comp - I downloaded c/cleaner from your link on the first page of the techie thread after reading and jotting down what to do all went well until I pressed run c/cleaner and a message came onscreen saying 'c/cleaner exe (then download +lots of number corrupt + unreadable' so I panicked and cancelled the run and came straight on here for help/advice. I know that i did nothing wrong but everything I do lately goes wrong:eek:do you think I need a new computer or is it just bad luck that I keep getting corrupt files or one with errors on the page:confused:I am really fed up :mad:as I take one step forward and two back
Should i just system restore - would that help

Has anybody worked out a way of solving the Couponnet printing problem that so many people have experienced? I've used CCleaner and all the other stuff people have suggested, but so far I haven't been able to get it to work again. Thanks.
