    Quite right to be cautious about downloads....as a general rule of thumb, it is normally safest from the home-site of the developer...from the FAQ's

    If you haven't already..... then now is the time to upgrade to the LATEST version of Mozilla Firefox 3.5.1.
    To get all the enhanced features, including video formats without having to download the codecs, and so much more, go to here to download it.:beer:

    Hi all..
    just wondering if someone could help,
    i changed the ink cartridges on my hp1317 yesterday and printed after i changed them,
    But i went to print this morning and everytime i turn the printer on it prints out the page to say i've changed the cartridges every time!?
    also, i now go to print and it wont let me, it just says 'printer offline'?

    for printer off line.....unplug the USB lead to computer
    re boot computer
    turn on printer (ensure power light is on)
    when computer is powered up, reconnect USB and check at both ends
    go into control panel/printers and you should see it saying "ready" or something similar

    hopefully with the printer and pc talking properly that will resolve your other issue.....else ....google it....stick the printer name and the exact error message in google search bar....then search for something that helps:beer:
