Some we've got one woman, mad as a bag of frogs, with a pair of make believe shoes, whose about to kick the bucket, engaging a brief because she f**ked up her ebay bid?

.
Having read just some of this mad thread, that's exactly what i was thinking.
Dino-princess-char has incurred no loss as a result of the OP's actions, the OP has declined to sell her some shoes she has won in an ebay auction, the OP has refunded them in full and owes her nothing, she may be disapointed at not getting the chance to buy these shoes (presumably they are magic shoes to be worth all this trouble), but one cannot sue someone for feeling a bit disapointed.
likewise with the auction she claims to have bid on but still lost, if, and it's a big if, the wouldbe shoe buyer did place the highest bid but still failed to win the auction because of some ebay glitch, (and in my considerable experience with ebay over the last 9 years i have never heard a case of this happening), then the fault would lie with ebay, not the OP. Though yet again she has suffered no financial loss as a result, so what does she intend to sue either ebay or the OP for? Loss of earnings for the time she's wasted posting on this thread?0 -

It's definitely true because the genuine winner of the auction posted on another website I go on about this (unless they are all three the same person and it's a big huge wind up involving two websites!)0

I don't normally post on threads, I'm more of a silent follower, but I have been reading this one purely for the entertainment factor and couldn't help myself!
Maybe I've missed something along the way but I think the OP said the shoes in question were won for 30 odd quid. Dino Princess says she entered a maximum bid of £50.01, got an email (?) saying her bid had gone through (does this actually happen - never had when I've made a bid, I only get an email when I actually win the item), and the way I read her post I was under the impression that she was currently the winning bidder at £50.01. If the shoes only sold for £30ish then surely there must be another bidder out there who could join the thread and add their side of the story - did they cancel their bid or did the OP think the shoes just weren't worth what they were going for and started cancelling any higher bids
Maybe I think too deeply about the small details, but hey, that's just me! lets hope that if this is for real that it gets sorted with the minimum stress and heartache for all involved.Extra savings aim for 2020 £4,000 £0/£4,000
