    Goofbay shows that in the last 60 days dino-princess-char has only bid on one pair of shoes and won them at £40. Sorry but I think you got confused with the other pair.

    Much as I wouldn't advocate this under normal circumstances, why does the OP not just accept the bid, then "lose" the shoes. Offer a refund and take the neg is the worst that will happen...


    You can always relist them in 6 months time...

    is anyone else really very confused? I've been following this thread since the OP started it and am still confused as to how anyone can sue anyone else.

I think it's a person who has been following the thread having a laugh.
