Much as I wouldn't advocate this under normal circumstances, why does the OP not just accept the bid, then "lose" the shoes. Offer a refund and take the neg is the worst that will happen...


You can always relist them in 6 months time...

is anyone else really very confused? I've been following this thread since the OP started it and am still confused as to how anyone can sue anyone else.

It can't be that one though... that one was so long ago that the sellers other items completed doesn't show it.

I think the scenario set out by the original poster, though outlandish, is true. However, I don't think the person who has just joined the forum, going by the name of 'dino-princess-char' is the same dino-princess-char from ebay. I think it's a person who has been following the thread having a laugh.
