In college is school! As I said, why don't you take anything at the moment to stop yourself getting into debt, then after you qualify look at other jobs that use your qualifications. Most people would be thankful for any job in today's climate, you do have to learn to not be so choosy. I work full time as a Medical Secretary, work part time for Avon like Lyndsey and pick up extra income by doing mystery shops, surveys, Ebay, selling on Amazon etc. You could always take JO_F's idea and do phone sex/text or even a dominatrix, there are certainly no start up costs and the latter might put your attitude to good use!

There are jobs in your area, you just need to be a bit less choosy. There's no reason why you can't do some cleaning or work behind a bar, often these jobs can't be found from the comfort of your computer so I think you need to go and have a walk round with a stack of CVs and covering letters. Leave no stone unturned, try newsagents, off licences, pubs, bars for starters, then have a walk round town centre and ask in all the shops. You could even post a notice in your local shop/supermarket offering cleaning services? If you undercut a professional cleaner (about £8 an hour depending on area) then you shouldn't struggle to get work. I'm sure there's lots of people who would pay you to go and do a quick dust and hoover. Have you asked family and friends? Sometimes they might give you a few little jobs for money to keep you ticking over. How old are you if you don't mind me asking?

Why all the sad faces? If you want your own business you need to be prepared to do all sorts to get it going, and if Jo is willing to do what she does to earn money, then good for her!

i have gutted turkeys, been tatie picking (by hand) , collected eggs while they were still arriving from the chickens butt, yes, really.
Long time ago, like, ive come up in the world a bit since then
But you do what you have to do to put bread on the table..

why all the sad faces is cos I'm getting very very depressed , ok I know you might think I'm a baby , that does know a better , but the more people are mad at me the more it makes me depressed
and yes I know you think I'm a stupid !!!! , and I know people are trying to help me , but it doesn't help when people are trying to shout at me or get mad at me ,

No one is shouting at you, they were and are still trying to help you. we are trying to make it clear that there are jobs out there, you just need to do whatever sometimes to pay the bills (legal mind you) No one is suggesting anything horrible. Debt is depressing, would you rather that?

I really don't think people are shouting at you, I think it's more a case of frustration because you don't seem to want to do any of the suggestions that have been put forward, a lot of which have been excellent ideas.

I really hope you sort something out until you can put your skills to good use, BUT you are probably going to have to bite the bullet and do something you don't fancy to bring the money in.

ps I know what that feels like, I did a job I didn't like for 30 years !!

Do you want to earn money or not? Would you rather it was handed to you on a plate?

I worked as a waitress for 7 years and i LOVED it, i was only meant to be there for 6 weeks but never left, it was like work and a social life all in one and it's not menial like people would have you believe.

But we seem to be wasting our time since you don't want to do anything but jewellery. Do you realise how many people want to do the same thing? Do you realise that whether you make your own or sell someone else's you'll have set up costs?

Do you also realise that selling jewellery for a company is basically just being a salesperson, doesn't matter what you're selling.
