I didnt dislike you, i dont know you, what i disliked was your shirty, defensive attitude, no one has shouted at you, no one has called you stupid, thats why i want you to read the thread again, just to see how you came over to other people who really were genuinely trying to help.

Do you want to earn money or not? Would you rather it was handed to you on a plate?

I worked as a waitress for 7 years and i LOVED it, i was only meant to be there for 6 weeks but never left, it was like work and a social life all in one and it's not menial like people would have you believe.

But we seem to be wasting our time since you don't want to do anything but jewellery. Do you realise how many people want to do the same thing? Do you realise that whether you make your own or sell someone else's you'll have set up costs?

Do you also realise that selling jewellery for a company is basically just being a salesperson, doesn't matter what you're selling.

    here we go again :(:( : (

I think you need to think about long term goals and short term goals. You are not going to make any money quickly by jewellery making and animal care. As other people have said jewellery making businesses take a while to build up and very few people can make a full-time living. Most animal care jobs require you to have a qualification which takes a few years to get and a lot of the more lowly positions are voluntary ones. By all means work on your designs or portfolio in your spare time and investigate etsy, but you are probably not going to find a job in jewellery at the moment.

So you just need to keep getting out there and looking for work. Have you looked for cleaning jobs. I didn't mind being a cleaner as there was no boss breathing down my neck and I could just get on with it. Have you had a look at the job board at the jobcentre. A lot of the fast food companies are advertising at the moment. Everyone is having trouble finding work at the moment and there is nothing you can do, but keep looking.
